With a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate dreams and transform their homes into spaces they love, Margaret Giffin brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. Specializing in Buyer and Seller Representation, Margaret guides clients through every step of the real estate process with confidence and precision. Her diverse skill set includes Certified Staging Specialist (CSS) credentials, allowing her to showcase homes in their best light and help clients refresh and renew their spaces to bring their vision to life.
Margaret's journey to real estate began with a love for her family, friends, and the Western Suburbs of Chicago, leading her to Keller Williams Premiere Properties and an amazing real estate career. As a mother of three beautiful children and with over 30 years of marriage to her husband, Bill, Margaret brings a wealth of life experience and dedication to her work. Formerly, she managed a technology-focused group at a large, worldwide PR firm, juggling many projects and connecting clients with what they needed to move their business and story forward.
After transitioning to focus on family, Margaret committed herself to volunteering in various capacities within her community for over 20 years. Her passion for connecting people and her love for homes led her to pursue a career in real estate, where she excels in understanding her clients' needs and helping them find their perfect home.
Margaret's experience extends beyond real estate transactions; she and her husband have rehabbed multiple homes and built another from scratch. Through their Reimagine & Refresh brand, Ellyn & Main's Transformation Management, Margaret helps clients and investors visualize and execute home transformations. With her keen eye for design and deep understanding of the renovation process, Margaret is well-equipped to guide clients through the journey of making a house their own.
When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Margaret loves to help people design #yourstory, whether it's buying or selling. Her inquisitive nature, dedication to her clients, and passion for homes make her an invaluable asset in the real estate journey.
